BATON ROUGE LSU's All-American discus thrower Rodney Brown won the men's discus title at the USA Track & Field Throws Initiative Test Meet held in Chula Vista, California, this weekend as he smashed his own school record with a winning mark of 212 feet, 2 inches during Thursday's preliminary round of the competition.
